The little black bugs sucking your blood sound like parasites - creatures which feed from a host but provide nothing in return. Considering how bad things have been for you lately, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if these bugs represented bill collectors. That's not the only possibility, but I think you would know if there were other kinds of people leeching off you.

So, if I can put this dream together from what you've told me of your life, I'd say that it means something like this: You're finally getting somewhere, and you'd like to enjoy the ride. But you're being "bugged" by people who want something from you (probably money), and they won't leave you alone.

I'm afraid that I haven't any expert advice on how to deal with that problem, but I'm sure that plenty of people at allexperts do. I think that, if you can get the people to just leave you alone while you continue to sort out your life, then you shouldn't have this dream again.
